Signal: Partner with Women Building the Future
Signal is Founderland’s expert mentorship programme, matching founders with experienced professionals across key areas of business growth. Each mentorship lasts for 12 weeks and focuses on helping founders improve core business functions.
All founders in the Founderland network are eligible and can request a mentor. Matches are based on needs, goals, and subject-matter alignment. For mentors, this is an opportunity to contribute expertise where it matters most.
High-impact mentorship areas include:
Product development – defining MVPs, iterating based on user feedback, and improving product-market fit
Sales strategy – refining sales funnels, pricing, B2B outreach, and closing deals
