Founderland Forward Grant – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for applying to the Founderland Forward Grant. They cover eligibility, the €50 non-refundable application fee, the selection process, and how grants are awarded. By submitting an application, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information you provide is true and complete.

1. Eligibility
Applicants must be women entrepreneurs, aged 18 or older.
The business must be at least 50% women-owned and based in Europe or the United Kingdom.
Ventures can be for-profit or revenue-generating non-profits.
Eligible stages: idea, prototype, or early operating.
Applicants must demonstrate barriers in their entrepreneurial journey tied to race, ethnicity, or cultural background.
Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
2. Application Fee
Each application requires a non-refundable €50 fee.
At least €40 (80%) of each fee is allocated to the grant pool; the remainder covers review and administrative costs.
Applicants who are ineligible (e.g. due to gender, location, or ownership criteria) will not be refunded. Eligibility must be reviewed carefully before submission.
3. Selection Process
Applications are screened by the Founderland team.
Finalists are reviewed by an independent advisory group of investors, accelerator leads, and founders.
Between two and five €10,000 grants are awarded each quarter.
Selection decisions are final and not open to appeal.
4. Use of Funds
Funds are provided equity-free.
Winners are expected to use the grant for business-related purposes such as product development, marketing, legal setup, operations, or living costs while building.
5. Taxes
Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting, or legal obligations related to receiving the grant in their country of residence.
6. Reapplication
Applicants not selected may reapply after six months if they can demonstrate progress.
Returning applicants receive a €25 discount on the fee.
7. Disqualification
Founderland reserves the right to disqualify applications that are:
False, misleading, or incomplete,
Submitted without full payment,
Or otherwise not aligned with the stated eligibility.
8. Privacy
Applicant data will be handled in accordance with Founderland’s Privacy Policy.
Personal data will only be used for the administration of the programme and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
