Founderland gUG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a nonprofit organisation registered in Germany under the Handelsregister (Commercial Register) of Berlin with the registration number HRB 239168. Our mission is to support women of colour entrepreneurs across Europe by providing access to capital, networks, and resources to scale their businesses.

Founderland gUG is recognised as a charitable entity under German tax law (§52 AO), and donations may be tax-deductible in Germany. International donors should consult their local tax authorities regarding potential deductibility.

Founderland gUG operates in compliance with German nonprofit regulations. Donors based in other countries should note that registration with a local agency does not constitute endorsement or approval by that state or country.
